This role requires an individual who can collaborate with business leaders, drive HR initiatives, and ensure the alignment of HR strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in employee engagement, talent management

  • Job Title (Designation): Associate – Human Resources
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as an HRBP
  • Location: Pune (Work from Office)

Role & Responsibilities :

  • HR Business Partnering: Act as an HR partner to business leaders, understanding team dynamics and providing HR solutions to enhance employee experience and business outcomes.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, conducting engagement initiatives, and ensuring alignment with company values. Conduct retention interviews, exit interviews, and pulse surveys to assess employee satisfaction.
  • Performance Management: Drive performance appraisal processes, provide guidance on goal setting, and facilitate performance improvement plans (PIP) where necessary.
  • Talent Development & Retention: Identify skill gaps, recommend training programs, and support career development initiatives to build a high-performance workforce.
  • Data & HR Analytics: Track and analyze HR metrics to provide insights that support workforce planning, productivity improvement, and decision-making.
  • Policy & Processes: Contribute to the formulation and execution of HR policies, initiatives, and processes, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.

Qualification

Master’s in Human Resource Management
