As an Associate – Human Resources you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support the organization’s growth and success, executing end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Experience: 1+ years experience in recruitment
Location: Pune (Work from Office)
Qualification: Master’s degree in Human Resources
Role & Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization
- Ensure the open positions are closed within the set SLAs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding
- Maintain accurate and organized recruitment reports and documentation
